Treatment Process

The equipment performs plasma purification and ozone disinfection inside a sealed chamber while monitoring chamber temperature, humidity, and ozone concentration in real time.

A 90–120 minute treatment cycle may be selected according to the treatment protocol. Cycle duration alone does not establish a microbiological outcome; the protocol, load and release criteria require project validation.

After treatment is complete, the equipment automatically starts the ozone-reduction process.

Ozone Disinfection Cabinet

The ozone disinfection cabinet for archives, documents, and books uses touchscreen control and one-touch start, and can automatically display the treatment time according to ambient temperature and humidity.

The cabinet surface has an antistatic powder-coated finish.

A push-type disinfection trolley can be installed inside the equipment; two trolleys can be provided for alternating use according to project requirements.

The system uses a moisture-resistant power supply with multiple protection functions and can switch between automatic and manual modes.

After disinfection is complete, the equipment automatically starts the ozone-reduction unit.

A traditional Chinese herbal fumigation tray can be installed inside. The fumigation temperature does not exceed 45°C, and power-failure and overtemperature protection are provided.

Working Principle

Plasma-treated air enters the equipment compartment through a fan, then enters the disinfection chamber through dual-loop convection ducts.

The chamber air first undergoes dust removal and bacterial inactivation while providing clean air to the ozone generator.

The ozone generator produces high-concentration ozone gas, which treats mold and microorganisms in archival files and objects under plasma catalysis.

The combination of plasma, ozone, filtration, and air circulation provides archive purification and disinfection.

Configuration Overview

A room-scale ozone-circulation configuration for batch treatment of archives, books and related collections. Forced low-velocity circulation distributes ozone through the chamber while concentration, airflow, relative humidity, cycle timing, door safety and tail-gas decomposition are automatically controlled.

Working Principle

The system uses forced low-velocity airflow equipment to inject ozone gas into a sealed treatment chamber and maintain continuous internal ozone circulation and convection.

The circulating airflow promotes ozone diffusion and penetration among archival files, books, and other collection materials, allowing the treatment gas to reach different positions and small spaces.

When the chamber ozone concentration reaches the set upper limit, the ozone generator stops producing ozone and the chamber concentration is maintained within the set range for continued treatment.

After treatment, the system decomposes and reduces the remaining ozone through circulation decomposition and the ozone-reduction unit.
