On-site Services
Sinoalta can provide on-site technical services for customers in China and overseas according to project requirements. The service scope and fees are evaluated from the project location, equipment type, requested work and actual working hours.
For cross-regional or overseas service, necessary transport, visa, accommodation and other travel expenses are borne separately by the customer. Final arrangements follow the service plan confirmed by both parties.
Factory Training
Customers are welcome to arrange relevant personnel to attend equipment operation and maintenance training at the Sinoalta factory. Training can be adapted to the equipment model, configuration and project requirements.
Typical content includes basic operation, parameter settings, routine maintenance, recognition of common abnormalities and safe-use precautions. Fees are evaluated separately according to the training content, duration and number of participants, with final arrangements defined by the confirmed training plan.
Equipment Rental in China
Equipment rental is currently available only within mainland China. Each request is evaluated according to the product type, equipment configuration, rental period and project requirements.
The rental deposit is determined by equipment value and actual configuration. Domestic transport, delivery, installation and any other service costs are not included in the deposit and are borne separately by the customer. Final rental conditions, fees and responsibilities follow the project assessment and confirmed rental agreement.
