I. Working Principle and System Composition
The machine is mainly used to dye large-format Xuan paper. During movement, the paper passes through a tank containing dye solution, whose temperature is controllable.
- Motion mechanism: A DC motor provides power; a synchronous belt and linear guide serve as the linear-motion elements.
- Temperature control: A silicone heating belt and temperature-detection sensor are used.

- The hood base is integrally fabricated from high-quality 304 stainless-steel sheet for high strength and corrosion resistance.
- The machine body is formed from Q235-A cold-rolled steel sheet.
- The latest temperature-control technology is used for more stable and accurate temperature control.
- A 24 V DC variable-speed motor is used. PWM speed-control technology provides precise stepless speed adjustment.
- A retractable aluminium-alloy paper-drying rack is provided.
